The castle will be open from April 4, 2026 to September 26, 2026, on the following days and hours:

Easter
Guided tours on Saturday 4, Sunday 5 April, then Saturdays 11 and 18 April at 3pm and 4pm.

Early May Bank Holiday
Guided tours on Saturday 2 May at 3pm and 4pm.

8 May holiday weekend
Guided tours on Saturday 9 May at 3pm and 4pm.

Ascension Bank Holiday
Guided tours on Thursday 14, Friday 15 and Saturday 16 May at 3pm and 4pm.

Pentecost Weekend
Guided tours on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May at 3pm and 4pm.

Summer Season from 7 July to 30 August
Guided tours Tuesday to Sunday, including bank holidays, at 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm. Closed Mondays.

Saturdays 12 and 26 September
Guided tours at 3pm and 4pm.

Heritage Days – Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September
Guided tours at 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm, 5.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm.
